We offer a personalised and supported cleanse and detox programme with Karen, one of our Amchara retreat founders.
Normally clients opt for a 3, 4 or 5 day home detox but we can personalise your experience to your individual needs.

Karen is a skilled and experienced health practitioner who can guide you through your detox at home, ensuring you know how to prepare and what to expect.
Karen is a trained medicinal chef, a Pilates and Yoga instructor, a personal trainer, a colonic hydrotherapy practitioner, and an experienced juicer.
Karen can recommend the correct protocol that will work for you, including healthy food, a gentle cleanse or a deeper detox with fasting and coffee enemas.
