These terms and conditions govern bookings and stays at Amchara Wellness Retreats. By making a booking you agree to be bound by them.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Amchara. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Payment

Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Full payment is due in advance of your stay unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by retreat and will be confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Health

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or medications before your stay so we can tailor your retreat safely.
