Our experienced Personalised Health practitioners carry out an initial health screening, followed up by a personalised 1:1 goal-setting and health screen with a trained therapist once you arrive on retreat.

Combining naturopathic principles with Functional Medicine, we work with you to review your relationship with nutrition together with interactions with other factors, which can influence both your long term health and the development of complex chronic disease.

We offer advanced Functional Medicine laboratory tests to measure your genetics, hormones and gut health, enabling you to better understand your individual circumstances and achieve optimal health.
