Love bread but trying to cut back on grains? This paleo bread is grain free, gluten free and lactose free – created by our raw food chef and qualified nutritional therapist Magalie at Amchara Gozo.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • ¼ cup flaxseed (ground)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optional – you can add some pumpkin seeds/chia seeds for added nutrition.

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 150-165 degree Celsius.
