Quick and easy snack or dessert, using minimal ingredients – grain free, refined sugar free and dairy free.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup walnuts or macadamia nuts
- 3 tbsps coconut nectar
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 4 tbsps. coconut oil
- ½ drop essential coconut oil
METHOD
- Grind walnuts first.
- Add other ingredients and roll.
- You may roll them in freeze-dried raspberry powder or extra desiccated coconut.
