INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups coconut flour
- ¼ cup flaxseed (ground)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Optional – you can add some pumpkin seeds/chia seeds for added nutrition.
METHOD
Mix all ingredients and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 150-165 degree Celsius.
