Mango leaves help to regulate insulin levels in the blood. As mango also has a fairly low glycaemic index, it is safe to eat without causing sugar spikes.
7. Better libido
Mangoes are rich in vitamin E. Originally the link between vitamin E and libido was discovered by mistake in a large rat study, but since then, new studies have uncovered that there is strong evidence to suggest that vitamin E supports a healthy libido in humans.

If your kidneys are unable to remove excess potassium from the blood, it could be fatal.
It is the total diet or overall eating pattern that is most important in disease prevention and achieving good health.
It is better to consume a diet with variety than to concentrate on individual foods as the key to good health.
