Make your raw salads interesting with this tasty salad dressing created by our chef at Amchara Gozo, Faith.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons balsamic

¼ teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon tomato powder

Salt & pepper

METHOD

In a saucepan, heat 1 teaspoon turmeric in 1/3 cup water, stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat and add coconut oil, a dash of pepper and stir to blend well.

Add tomato powder, balsamic, olive oil and salt.

Add ¼ cup water and heat until bubbly. Serve warm or cold.
